One of the first things you notice about this larger Eagle community is the lush landscaping and the many ammenities that welcome you into it's convenient Eagle location. Within the confines of this upscale neighborhood you will find a Sun Valley style clubhouse, pool and tennis and miles of walking paths.
The Developer, Dennis Baker and Associates, has done several high-end communities in the Eagle area; most recently, Lakemoor which is just to the south on Eagle Road.
The community ranges in price from the high $200K's to well over one million dollars. It has been hit fairly hard by foreclosures and shortsales, as have many suburban communities around the valley. There are numerous opportunities to purchase beautiful, well constructed homes in the neighborhood; as long as you are willing to be patient in your negotiation and closing process!
