Brookwood

This gorgeous Eagle community features a barn- like community center, European-style round-a-bouts and a pool for the residents. Dry Creek (which has water for several months of the year, all puns aside) and the glorious foilage that flank it, runs through the community along the North side; many of the elegant and impressive homes look out over it.

Developed in 1999 by Mike Hormeachea, a long time Boise resident, this community has weathered well, even in today's tough times. The meandering streets keep traffic flow calm and the landscaping is top-notch. Many quality builders and home buyers paid the premium for homesites and the legacy is evident.
